Samuel L. Jackson – Est. $13 Million, New York

We bet even the die-hard fans of Samuel L. Jackson wouldn’t have known that the actor has one more talent aside from wowing the audience with his spectacular performance in films. It seems that flipping apartments has become his passion these days. After laying his hands on an apartment located in the Upper East Side of Manhattan in 2005 for an approximate $4.8 million, he made up his mind to rake in some money by selling it after spending a good 13 years there.

He completely renovated the luxurious apartment which boasts of 3.5 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms in total and listed the property at an estimated price tag of $13 million. The Captain Marvel actor has a lot to offer to his fans, but we are mighty pleased with the way he is handling something as complicated as buying and selling apartments, and that, too, in New York City.

Eddie Murphy – $85 Million, Hollywood Hills

The famous comedian wasn’t trying to showcase his wealth when he bought his Hollywood Hills house for $20 million. It features indoor and outdoor swimming pools, nine bedrooms, a spa, tennis court, and finally, a fabulous, comfortable, and luxurious guest house.
The man knows how to live his life without worrying about his finances, and we’re sure that his girlfriend, Paige Butcher, enjoys living in there as well. The biggest proof is his other mansion in Granite Bay, California which is worth around $6.5 million, plus his car collection. His house’s monthly expenses must hit the roof!

Sylvester Stallone – Beverly Hills, Estimated $10 Million

Our beloved Rocky purchased his first real estate in 1998. Located in Beverly Hills, he became the owner of a 16,000-square-foot house after paying $10 million, though its price would probably be three times bigger today. His mansion is, of course, Italian-styled, and it comes with six bedrooms and nine baths.
Stallone’s property also includes an Olympic-sized pool and beautiful gardens. Its highlight is probably its massive garage, where Sylvester stores all his luxury rides. Seems like a house fit for a celebrity as wealthy as Stallone is, who currently sits on a mindblowing $400 million fortune.

Bruce Willis – Est. $33 million, Turks and Caicos

The Hollywood actor has always been a name to be reckoned with in the industry. He has entertained the audience with his hard-hitting performance in films like Pulp Fiction, Sin City, The Sixth Sense, The Expendables 2, and Armageddon. His Parrot Cay estate comes with a Pirate ship! You heard it right. Aside from that, the property has a full playground, a movie theater, special access to a resort, and a stunning pool.
The estate is nestled in the archipelago of Turks and Caicos and is one of the super-luxury homes that can catch the fancy of many. The whole area of the property is almost 11,000 square feet and boasts of 1000 feet of secluded beach. The total value of the estate is around $33 million. This is what we mean by a grand investment and Bruce Willis didn’t disappoint us at all.

Ron Howard – Est. $27.5 Million, Greenwich, Connecticut

With memorable films in his kitty like Apollo 13 and A Beautiful Mind, Ron didn’t have to think twice when it came to buying a top-notch property spanning 17,000 square feet and having six bedrooms in total. Reportedly, the Greenwich Connecticut mansion is estimated to cost around $27 million and has an array of high-end amenities like a private lake, a tennis court, and an indoor pool.
What takes the attention apart from these is the beauty of the landscape, the forest, and green pasture. And rightfully, the man decided to keep his children in Connecticut, far away from Los Angeles. We are quite sure he has figured everything out for his kids, too.

Denzel Washington – Est. $14.6 million, Los Angeles

The Hollywood legend doesn’t need an introduction. He has stunned us all with his powerhouse performances in films such as The Hurricane, The Great Debaters, Remember the Titans, American Gangster, Cry Freedom, and just so many other legendary and iconic films.
Denzel lives in a lavish property in Beverly Park, in the heart of the posh neighborhood of Beverly Hills, and the estate stands on an area of 1.5 acres. Its special features include a large pool, a lush green tennis court and we’re sure so much more. Having around $220 million dollars in his pockets, laying his hands on a $190 million must have been quite a cakewalk.

Kathie Lee Gifford — $10.5 Million, Florida Keys

Today has made Kathie Lee Gifford a household name, and more than ten years have passed since her first appearance on the show. Her fans were utterly disappointed when she announced her retirement on April 7, 2019. Well, we do know how heartbreaking that is, but she needed to quit after years and years of hard work. If rumors are to be believed, she is planning to wield the camera for Then Came You, an upcoming film.
In addition to that, she has proved her mettle as a writer, too, as her recent book has turned out to be a bestseller. She would probably want to lead the rest of her life in peace at her Florida Keys residence which she acquired for a price near to $10.5 million. The home covers an area of 11,400 square feet and has 8 bedrooms, a personal gym, and a private deck.

Henry Winkler – Est. $3.4 million, Bel-Air

Henry attained fame as a comedian and actor and is best known for his portrayal of Arthur ‘Fonzie’ Fonzarelli in Happy Days, a popular sitcom from the 70s. He notched up a higher income by starring as Sy Mittleman in Children’s Hospital, Barry Zuckerkorn in Arrested Development, and Eddie R. Lawson in Royal Pains.
His performance in Happy Days earned him three nominations for a Primetime Emmy and helped him win two Golden Globes. Winkler and his better half, Stacey, laid their hands on a 9000-square-foot nest in Bel-Air, and according to the public records, the County English-style house cost him around $3.4 million. The house has four bedrooms and the whole property sits on an acre of land.

Corey Harrison – Est. $2.4 million, Las Vegas

The popular reality TV personality came into the limelight as a prominent cast member of Pawn Stars, a television series on the History Channel. The show gives a clear picture of his work at the Las Vegas-based World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop. Corey happens to be its co-owner, alongside his dad, Rick Harrison. His personal life was marred with two divorce cases, one with Charlene Steele in 2015, and the other with Kiki Harrison in 2018.
We heard that recently, Harrison put his dream house in the market at an estimated price tag of almost $2.4 million. The Las Vegas property lies in the far northwest valley and has large lawns, Greco-style banisters, sculpted hedges, a circular drive which connects you to a columned entry, a balcony, and a brick facade.

Clint Eastwood – Est. $145 Million, Carmel, California

Clint Eastwood was a true heartthrob in his heydays and had stunned the audience with his magnetic personality. As an actor and an established director, Eastwood has gifted us a number of movies which are popular even today. For a man of his caliber, it’s only apt for Clint to purchase an opulent estate to match his star status. Clint’s Mission Ranch estate lies at the juncture of the Carmel River and the Pacific Ocean.
Standing on this property, you would get a mesmerizing view of the nearby beach, the blue ocean waters, and the well-known Monterey coastline. Even though Eastwood bought this Carmel property for a whopping $300 million and revamped the whole thing with his own hands, we heard that he has listed it for an estimated price tag of $145 million only.

Kirk Douglas – Est. $3.45 million, Palm Springs

Kirk Douglas has crossed a century on this planet and is one of the few living actors who graced the golden era of Hollywood. He kickstarted his acting career with The Strange Love of Martha Ivers in 1946 and went on to become a huge box office star in the 50s. The father of another Hollywood legend, Michael Douglas, Kirk has been honored with the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
As far as his personal properties are concerned, he had a house in Palm Springs, California, which has been recently listed for sale for a rough price of $3.45 million. You would get an amazing view of the surrounding mountains from the estate. Among a number of features, there is an outdoor billiards table, a private pool, a barbeque, and a rolling lawn. The main house has 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms and was one of the nicest investments that Kirk might have made in his life.

Melissa Gilbert – Est. $1 million, Michigan

Melissa Gilbert took up an acting career when she was still a child in the late 60s and appeared in a number of commercials. Her role of Laura Ingalls Wilder in the NBC series, Little House on the Prairie gave her all the recognition she deserved. She grabbed the limelight by competing in the 14th season of the reality show, Dancing with the Stars and was the President of the Screen Actors Guild from 2001 to 2005.
Melissa has retained the charm she has always been famous for, and it looks like she is happy and content with whatever she has achieved in her life. Gilbert and Timothy, her husband, made up their mind to sell their house in Brighton, Michigan at a price close to $1 million in 2018 and made the sale papers ready. However, they later decided to retain it owing to some reason we are not aware of.

Kelly Ripa & Mark Conseulos – Est. $30 Million, New York

Kelly Ripa has made her way up the ranks and is often hailed as one of the most powerful and decorated media personalities. Banking on her hard work and perseverance, she has been able to see success, fame, and money throughout her life. Her portrayal of Hayley Vaughan in the popular daytime on ABC, All My Children, will never be forgotten. Kelly garnered more fame with Kelly and Ryan, a morning talk show, and there wasn’t a single person who didn’t fall in love with her.
She chanced upon Mark Consuelos on the All My Children sets and soon, the duo settled down in holy matrimony. Ripa and Consuelos take immense pride in their New York City townhouse and we wouldn’t be exaggerating if we tell you that the property is a thing of beauty. A beautiful custom-made wardrobe, a private rooftop garden, and a fantastic interior decor make the $30-million estate worth a visit.

Danica Patrick – Est. $4 Million, Scottsdale, Arizona

Best known for her might on the race track, Danica has excelled as one of the most famous racing drivers recognized worldwide, although injuries have impacted her career often. Now that she has officially retired, she didn’t feel like moving into her Scottsdale mansion, despite having the best of amenities like a wine cellar, breakfast bar, and more.
She has decided to decorate her home as per her taste and preferences, just like any other sensible homeowner would do and has made investments in the best of interiors. Every minute aspect of the house speaks of her tastes and she worked on it relentlessly. So much is her attachment to the house that she dubbed it ‘The Jetson House’.

Matt Lauer – Est. $5.8 Million, New York

You might know Matt Lauer as one of the hosts of Today on NBC. Matt was with the show from 1997 to 2017 and that’s a pretty long time indeed. Keeping that aside, he found further fame by hosting the opening ceremonies of the world-famous Olympic Games and has also been a host of the PM magazine. Some controversies led to his termination from NBC and Lauer went ahead and made a few substantial investments in real estate.
Currently, Matt is the owner of many a property which is located close to his co-op in Manhattan. He also owns an apartment in New York City, and the architecture has a neoclassical essence and has plenty of Greek-inspired elements. Lauer and Annette, his better half, purchased their Upper East Side residence in 2004 at a price close to $5.882 million.

Simon Cowell – $29 Million, Beverly Hills

If there were an exclusive database of celebrities with cool mansions, then Simon Cowell and his $29-million home would top the charts. But it isn’t the eccentric design and lavish interior that take the cake in this property; its the technological inclusions that remain mind-numbing. A fingerprint analysis and retina scanner confirm one thing – this is a man who takes his privacy seriously.
We can only imagine how much his home and auto monthly expenses might cost, but to be honest, we doubt that he’s worried about that matter. Cowell now sits on an estimated $550 million fortune.

Sean Connery — Est. $1 Million, Ireland

Sean Connery is a Hollywood legend owing to some of his brilliant performances over the years, and his fruitful career allowed him to rake in some big bucks. Back when he was making movies left and right, he decided to purchase this gorgeous property in Ireland which suited him just fine since it was far away from the hullabaloo of Tinseltown and is surrounded by green forestry which is soothing to the eyes. At last, Sean could heave a sigh of relief, living in such a quiet environment.
The property is spread across an area of three and a half acres and the main house has bedrooms and a few bathrooms and is decorated with some artistic furniture, antique paintings, and silverware. Last we heard, Connery’s property, which he fondly called Violet Hill House, has been put up in the market, and included in the property listing is every bit of antique furniture and decorations within.

Billy Joel – $13.75 Million, Florida

With one property pawned off to Jerry Seinfeld, Billy Joel should probably consider buying a new home or holding on to his other properties – but this musician seems to have other ideas. Joel sold off his Mediterranean-style home in Miami Beach Florida at $13.75 million, a meager $175K more than the price he paid when he acquired it.

And giving up a 150-foot boat for that deserves some credit – but given his love for boats, we won’t be surprised if we hear that Joel would leave land for water.

Peyton Manning – $4.5 Million, Denver

For a man with a yearly salary of $18 million, Peyton Manning’s mansion description would strike anyone as quite modest. For one, the property of the former Broncos quarterback costs a paltry $4.57 million. The 7-bedroom mansion sits on a snug 16,464 square feet of space which also includes a 7-car garage and a panic room.
And it doesn’t save him much in home upkeep anyway – with a security system and panic room like his, he’ll be lucky if all he pays are electricity bills! With a $200 million fortune though, we doubt he’ll face any financial problems whatsoever.

Jimmie Johnson – Est. $14 Million, Manhattan

A rich blend of art and comfort is what Jimmie’s plush Manhattan home exudes. The floor plan is highly flexible, where both the kitchen and dining room can be closed or opened towards the living room. The latter is divided into two seating arrangements and imparts a soft and airy feel. The seven-time champion in the NASCAR cup series deliberately kept the furnishings’ palette throughout the house very neutral except for the study which has oak panels and few walls are in crisp white, replete with artworks from his collection. Now that he’s found this luxury property, we are sure that the racer won’t have to look for retirement homes.

Halle Berry – $5 Million, Beverly Hills

It is hard to believe an Oscar-winning actor won’t be able to afford a $5-million house with her credit card! When it comes to Halle Berry’s tastes, whose net worth reaches the $70 million quote, it goes Mediterranean all the way down. Her Beverly Hills home was first purchased for around $2.3 million and is now on the market for $5 million. The Catwoman star knows how to manage her wealth and get the most out of it. We also don’t think she has any house mortgage to pay for her other glamorous mansions (valued from $8 million to $15 million) in Malibu and Hollywood, CA.

Sheryl Crow – $5.8 Million, Nashville, TN

Being a celebrity singer/songwriter and a single mum comes at a steep price; one that Sheryl Crow had to factor in when buying a home. Hence, her choice of a 50-acre solar-powered Tennessee property comes as no surprise. The convenience of having everything in one place might be enviable indeed, but the cost of insuring a house that boasts everything from a piano room to a recording studio and a church (yes, an actual church) is enough to have any bank account cringing in horror. Let’s not even quibble.

Celine Dion – $65 Million, Florida

The music diva, Celine Dion, with an estimated net worth of $380 million, knows how to work with her bank account potentials by building and designing the most amazing Water Park Mansion located in Florida. She has created her own Bahamian-style paradise on a 10,000-square-foot of land. The mansion is surrounded by inviting pools, a few custom, man-made rivers, basketball, tennis, and croquet courts. It is estimated to cost around $65 million, purely justified by Dion’s living standards.

Katy Perry – $8 Million, California

Latest news regarding pop star Katy Perry indicate her desperate need to sell her house located in Laurel Canyon. She wants to ‘get rid’ of it so much, that she is willing to sell it for not a single-dollar of profit! Perry, whose net worth reaches nearly $100 million, bought the house in 2011 for $6.5 million. Perry’s not-so-modest house collection includes her Colonial House in West Hollywood, her Los Feliz, L.A home worth $3.39 million, her L.A home worth $6.5 million and finally, her New York apartment valued at $2.7 million. She seriously needs to hire a private wealth management expert lest she forgets the number and locations of the houses she owns.

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson – Florida, Estimated $3.4 Million

Dwayne Johnson’s publicity is constantly growing, and with more publicity comes more money. “The Rock” has already been investing in real estate, and his newest addition to his portfolio is his $3.4-million Florida mansion, where he moved in recently. The 13,000 square feet house comes with six palace-styled bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a large home cinema, a gym to maintain his incredible physique, a pool with a hot tub, and elegant gardens. We don’t have details about any loans taken, but for the time being, The Rock doesn’t associate with any financial advisor.

Cher – Estimated $45 Million, Malibu

Cher may have once boasted ownership of this gorgeous Renaissance-style mansion, but power has since changed hands. The 16,000-square-foot property is now owned by Beyoncé. The singer and her husband were considering buying a home with an Italian-style rustic feel when Cher put the property up for sale. And between the artifacts, fireplaces, and Gothic chandeliers, we bet the singer will be considering premium in-house insurance. One thing holds true nonetheless – Cher has impeccable taste.

Miley Cyrus – $2.5 Million, Malibu

Miley Cyrus may be only 24, but her penchant for acquiring real estate precedes her. Unique of her properties is a 2-bedroom Malibu home that seems to contrast sharply with her personality. While the singer appears to have an infamous wild party-girl persona, the $2.5-million purchase is situated on 2.06 acres of lush greenery. Considering the hassle associated with home mortgage loans for properties this size, it appears our Hannah Montana has her head screwed on tight in the home purchase department.

Judge Mathis — Est. $3.199 Million, California

Having a reality show while being a judge pays off a lot – who would have thought? At the age of 59, Judge Mathis is a former 36th District Court judge, and it’s quite obvious why he decided to retire early: he’s got a house worth over $3 million in California. It’s massive, covering an area of 6,399 square feet and features five spacious bedrooms. However, a simple description like this doesn’t do any justice to the beauty that this building has to provide – Judge Mathis has done a wonderful job of decorating it. Working for shows like Judge Mathis has allowed him to have enough money to make investments like these without having any money problems.

Brooke Shields – Est. $4.55 Million, New York City

Brooke Shields, who gained early fame and success for her unparalleled performance in Pretty Baby in 1978, has grown up to be a prolific actress and a savvy investor who has never needed the service of a bankruptcy attorney in her life. The actress recently relocated to a Greenwich Village four-storey townhouse which looks absolutely fabulous from both inside and outside. Shields, who is admittedly a real estate romantic, picked up this 1910 property and took help of a Brooklyn-based design firm to infuse modernism with tradition, and the end result is for all to see.

Diane Keaton – Est. $1.5 million, Los Angeles

When the Academy Award winner had taken a pause from life in Hollywood, she often used her free time visiting construction sites in the hopes of finding a suitable abode. Finally, she got hold of her grand Los Angeles farmhouse, which is spread over an area of 8,000 square feet and is the subject of her new book “The House That Pinterest Built”. Diane Keaton has shelled out $1.5 million dollars to design the property with her own hands and the project has taken over three and a half years – she now calls it a “dream home”. The interiors are filled with pure white cabinetry, raw wooden, beams, subway tile, shiplap-covered walls, and a variety of antiques. This is surely one of the nicest investments of her life.

Ozzy Osbourne –  $10 Million, California

For a couple that listed their rental home for more than $20 million, you would imagine that Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne would be less thrifty when buying a home. However, the opposite is, in fact, the case. But its six bedrooms, swimming pool, several bathrooms, and numerous other features seem like sufficient reasons to opt for this choice. With the kids all grown up, no need to be paying higher home insurance rates than necessary.

Winona Ryder – Est. $4,095,000, Beverly Hills

A refurbished version of a 1920 Beverly Hills house is exactly how actress Winona’s nest looks like. Thanks to her Manhattan-based interior designer and actor friend Kevin Haley who helped her at every step, her Beverly Hills mansion underwent a massive makeover. Since Ryder loves furniture, curtain rods and wrought-iron varieties were beautifully placed. To help her engage in her hobby, her interior designer friend transformed the tiny patio and backyard into a lovely garden. No matter how architecturally advanced the house looked, there was a blend of the right sophistication. Well, all good things come at a price, so Ryder surely had to break her bank account for snagging this.

Christie Brinkley – $30 Million, Long Island

One of the many perks of being a blonde stunner is clearly being paid big bucks for walking the runway. And how else would Christie Brinkley even consider buying a home in Long Island if it wasn’t for the perks of her trade? Sure, the 9-bedroom home has been on and off the market with Brinkley’s asking price beginning at $30 million, but it looks like the most eccentric and lavish home to live in. Little wonder she can’t make up her mind on whether or not to give it up.
Wesley Snipes – Est. $4.1 Million, Alpine
Wesley Snipes found himself behind bars for three years as he failed to file his income tax returns. Even though he was released in 2013, this controversy had a negative impact on his career. The well-known, actor, director, and martial artist gained a foothold in the entertainment industry with his performance in films and the list includes Demolition Man and White Men Can’t Jump. His most iconic role so far has been that of Blade in the popular Blade trilogy. We have come to know from the property reports that Wesley and his spouse Nikki sold off their home in Alpine, New Jersey at an approximate price of $4.125 million in 2014. We wouldn’t say that the Snipes couple incurred a loss since that was a pretty good deal they got. It’s nice to know that the duo didn’t have to keep their house on mortgage.

Will be continued later………..
